Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

All US orders over $50 receive free carbon neutral shipping and will ship in 1-3 business days from the date of payment via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. All US orders under $50 are subject to $5 shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive within the United States, but is not guaranteed and delivery times are dependent upon the destination and seasonal shipping volume. 

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a faster option, you may select USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express for an extra fee.

We use carbon neutral shipping options as a default, at no additional cost to you.  

International Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination but can take up to 10 days or more. If you're shipping to destinations outside the United States, you're responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Erleia is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, customs, or miscellaneous charges that may be incurred through international shipping. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Erleia is not responsible for delays due to customs. If a shipment is undeliverable or refused abroad and is delivered back to us, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we cannot be held responsible. Please make sure to use a secure shipping address.
